SleekFlow Pricing: Plans, Monthly Active Contacts and the Real Monthly Cost
SleekFlow Pro is $139 a month billed monthly or $109 billed yearly, Premium is $349 or $279, and every WhatsApp number adds $15 a month. Here is what each plan includes, how the contact meter works and what a US team really pays.
The short answer: SleekFlow's Pro plan costs $139 a month billed monthly or $109 a month billed yearly ($1,308 a year), and includes 500 monthly active contacts and 10 user accounts. Premium costs $349 a month billed monthly or $279 a month billed yearly ($3,348 a year), with 1,000 monthly active contacts. Enterprise is quoted. On top of any plan, SleekFlow charges $15 a month to host each WhatsApp Business API number, and Meta's per-message fees are billed separately.
Those figures come from SleekFlow's own US pricing page, checked on September 21, 2026. They matter because the numbers most buyers find first are out of date. Review sites still list SleekFlow "from $79 a month" with Premium at $299, and older write-ups describe a free plan and a three-seat Pro tier at $149. None of that matches what SleekFlow sells today, so if you are budgeting from a comparison site, start again from the table below.
SleekFlow pricing plans at a glance
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | Monthly active contacts included | User accounts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $139 a month ($1,668 a year) | $109 a month ($1,308 a year) | 500 | 10 |
| Premium | $349 a month ($4,188 a year) | $279 a month ($3,348 a year) | 1,000 | 10 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom |
The yearly toggle is selected when the page loads, which is why $109 is the number most people remember. The monthly price is 27 percent higher. SleekFlow describes the yearly option as "save 20%", which is the same gap measured from the other end.
One inconsistency is worth knowing before you sign. SleekFlow's help center article on monthly active contacts still lists Pro at 3 user accounts and Premium at 5, with add-ons for more, while the pricing page says 10 on both. The pricing page is newer and the help article itself says to defer to it, but get the seat count in writing if your team is larger than three.
What each SleekFlow plan includes
Pro
Pro covers the omnichannel inbox, broadcast campaigns, the no-code Flow Builder, AI agents, Shopify, Google Sheets and API integration, and basic analytics. Support is group onboarding sessions, email and a 24/7 AI chat. Human chat support is not included. The help center caps Pro's contact add-ons at 2,000 monthly active contacts and lists 3 connected channels.
Premium
Premium adds HubSpot and Zoho CRM sync, webhook integration, AI agents that call your own systems, WhatsApp Flows, a ticketing system, role-based access control, advanced analytics and 60 days of dedicated onboarding. That onboarding is sold separately to Pro customers for $999 one-off. Premium's contact add-ons go up to 12,000 monthly active contacts, with 10 channels.
Enterprise
Enterprise adds Salesforce integration, PII masking, multiple workspaces, conversation export, enterprise SLAs and a dedicated customer success manager. Pricing is by conversation with sales, and it is the only route above 12,000 monthly active contacts.
How SleekFlow counts monthly active contacts
Monthly active contacts, or MACs, are SleekFlow's usage meter and the number that decides which plan you really need. A contact counts once per billing month if they message you on any connected channel, or if you message them from the inbox, a Flow Builder automation, an AI agent, the WhatsApp Business app through coexistence, Zapier, Make or the SleekFlow API. An emoji reaction counts as an incoming message.
Two things do not count: contacts who only receive a broadcast and never reply, and contacts that sit in your database without any messaging activity. That is a genuinely buyer-friendly rule for one-way campaigns. If you broadcast a restock alert to 20,000 people and 300 reply, you have used 300 MACs, not 20,000.
The catch is automation. A contact enrolled in an automated flow counts even if they never reply, because the flow sends from the platform. SleekFlow's own FAQ warns that businesses relying on automations or outbound messaging "may see higher MAC usage even if the reply volume is relatively low."
What happens when you hit the SleekFlow contact limit
When usage reaches 100 percent of your MAC limit, SleekFlow pauses inbox messaging to all contacts, flow enrollments, AI agent responses and broadcast sending. You can still receive incoming messages and your data stays available. Auto-scaling is on by default: SleekFlow gives each workspace a 20 percent buffer, then moves you to the next MAC tier or adds 100 MACs at a time so sending does not stop.
SleekFlow does not publish the price of those add-ons or of the higher MAC tiers on its pricing page. You see them in the upgrade dropdown inside the product. That makes the real monthly cost for a busy support desk hard to model before you sign up, and it is the first question to put to sales.
The extra costs outside the plan price
| Cost | Amount | Who pays it |
|---|---|---|
| WhatsApp Business API number hosting | $15 a month per number | Every plan |
| WhatsApp message fees | Per SleekFlow rate card | Every plan |
| 60-day dedicated onboarding | $999 one-off | Pro (included in Premium) |
| Extra monthly active contacts | Not published | Any plan past its limit |
SleekFlow's WhatsApp pricing calculator shows Meta's base US rates, $0.0034 for a utility or authentication template, but its pricing page lists message rates as "per SleekFlow rate card" without saying whether a markup applies. Ask for the rate card before you compare it with a provider that publishes its fee.
Service replies are about to become a real line, too. From October 1, 2026, Meta bills free-form replies inside the 24 hour customer service window at the same per-market rate as utility templates, with no volume tiers. For an inbox-first product like SleekFlow, where most traffic is replies, that changes the bill more than any plan change. Our WhatsApp service messages page tracks where Meta's final rates stand.
What SleekFlow really costs a US team each month
Adding the plan, one number and Meta's fee gives a truer picture than the headline. These use SleekFlow's plan prices and $15 hosting fee, and Meta's $0.0034 US utility rate.
| Scenario | Plan and billing | Platform cost a month | Plus Meta fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small team, 400 active contacts, 2,000 utility messages | Pro, monthly | $154 | About $6.80 |
| Same team, committed for a year | Pro, yearly | $124 | About $6.80 |
| Sales team needing HubSpot sync, 900 active contacts, 10,000 utility messages | Premium, monthly | $364 | About $34 |
For a US company, the platform fee dwarfs the messaging fee at these volumes. That is normal for inbox software: you are paying for seats, automation and AI agents, not for message delivery. Whether it is good value depends on whether you use them.
Is SleekFlow worth it for a US business?
SleekFlow earns its price when several people answer customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and live chat, and you want AI agents and Shopify product recommendations inside those conversations. Ten seats on Pro is generous for a support or sales team, and the rule that one-way broadcasts do not burn contacts is better than most competitors offer.
Two things weigh against it for American buyers. Support hours: SleekFlow lists human chat support on Premium and above from 9 AM to 6 PM in APAC (GMT+8), EMEA (GMT+4) and LATAM (GMT-3) time zones. No US time zone is listed, and the LATAM window is the closest, roughly 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern in daylight time. And US marketing: Meta has not delivered marketing templates to US phone numbers since April 1, 2025, so the broadcast feature is limited to utility and authentication messages for American recipients, whichever tool you choose.
If the job is simply sending template campaigns to lists you already have, the inbox, seats and AI agents are cost you will not use. WaBulkSend is built for that narrower job on the official WhatsApp Business Platform: $29 a month for 1,000 messages on one number, $99 for 10,000 messages on three numbers, or $299 with no message cap, and half that billed yearly. Meta's fee stays a separate line. We compare the two products directly on our SleekFlow alternative page.
If you are still choosing a messaging provider underneath the tool, compare the per-message fee as well as the plan. Our Vonage WhatsApp pricing breakdown has the lowest published US rate we have found, and the respond.io pricing and Wati pricing pages cover the two inbox tools buyers most often weigh against SleekFlow. Once several seat-priced tools like these are running at once, it is worth putting the whole stack of SaaS subscriptions in one place so renewals do not slip through.
Frequently asked questions
How much does SleekFlow cost per month?
SleekFlow Pro costs $139 a month on monthly billing or $109 a month on yearly billing, and Premium costs $349 a month monthly or $279 a month yearly. Enterprise is custom. Each WhatsApp Business API number adds $15 a month, and WhatsApp message fees are charged on top of the plan.
Does SleekFlow have a free plan?
Not as a paid-plan alternative. SleekFlow's pricing page offers a 7-day trial of the Pro plan with no credit card required, including 500 monthly active contacts and every Pro feature. If you do not subscribe by day 7 the workspace pauses: no messages in or out, no automations and no API calls, though your data is kept.
What are monthly active contacts in SleekFlow?
A monthly active contact is any contact who messages you, or whom you message from the inbox, an automation, an AI agent, the WhatsApp Business app or the API, within one billing month. Each contact counts once per month. Contacts who only receive a broadcast and never reply are not counted.
Does SleekFlow charge for WhatsApp messages?
Yes. Meta's WhatsApp fees are billed on top of the SleekFlow plan, and the pricing page lists message rates as "per SleekFlow rate card". SleekFlow also charges $15 a month for each WhatsApp Business API number it hosts. From October 1, 2026, Meta also bills free-form service replies inside the 24 hour window.
Is SleekFlow cheaper than respond.io?
Not at the entry price, but often once you need broadcasts. SleekFlow Pro is $139 a month billed monthly, with 10 seats and broadcasts included. respond.io Starter is $99 a month monthly with 5 users but no broadcasts, and its Growth plan, which adds them, is $199. Both meter active contacts, so the final answer depends on how many customers you talk to each month.
