By accessing or using WaBulkSend ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

WaBulkSend provides a WhatsApp bulk messaging platform that enables businesses to send personalized messages at scale through the WhatsApp Business API.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WaBulkSend only for lawful purposes and in compliance with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy. You must not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate WhatsApp's terms of service
  • Send messages containing illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Use the service for any fraudulent or misleading purpose
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Messaging Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your messages comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam legislation (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA). You must obtain proper consent before messaging contacts.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

WaBulkSend and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WaBulkSend and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

WaBulkSend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
