Yes, and that is deliberate. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number and access token, so the sender your customers see is your verified business, the templates are yours, and your Meta account keeps its own quality rating and history.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing portal in your workspace. We prorate the difference, and a cancellation keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

No. Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel at any time. Yearly billing is one payment that covers twelve months at half the monthly rate, so a year costs what six months cost.

A campaign is never created larger than the allowance you have left, so you are told before you send rather than halfway through. Upgrade to keep sending, or wait for the monthly reset on a paid plan.

Meta charges per delivered message, priced by template category (marketing, utility, authentication) and the recipient country, and bills that to your own WhatsApp Business account. WaBulkSend never marks that up because it never passes through us.

Not at the moment. Meta does not deliver marketing templates to WhatsApp users with US phone numbers (+1 with a US area code) and returns error 131049. This has applied since April 1, 2025 and Meta has announced no end date. Utility and authentication templates still deliver to US numbers, and Canada and other countries are not affected. When a campaign uses a marketing template, WaBulkSend leaves US numbers out before sending, so they do not use up your plan allowance.
