Kommo Pricing: Kommo CRM Pricing and Kommo WhatsApp Pricing per Seat
Kommo costs $25, $35 or $45 per user a month with a six-month minimum paid up front, and WhatsApp broadcasting starts on the $35 Advanced plan. Here is what a Kommo team really pays once Meta's WhatsApp fees and the commitment are counted.
The short answer: Kommo costs $25, $35 or $45 per user per month on its Base, Advanced and Pro plans, and Enterprise is quoted on request. There is no monthly billing: the minimum term is six months, paid up front, so one Advanced seat is a $210 charge at signup. Kommo adds no fee to WhatsApp messages. Meta bills those to your own WhatsApp Business Account, at $0.0034 per US utility template.
Those figures come from Kommo's own pricing page and help center, checked on September 26, 2026. The per-user price is the part everyone quotes. The parts that decide the real bill are the six-month minimum, the rule that every user sits on the same plan, and the fact that WhatsApp broadcasting is not on the cheapest plan.
Kommo pricing at a glance
Kommo bills in US dollars only and shows these prices for its default six-month term. Its pricing guide says standard discounts apply to 9, 12 and 24 month terms, but it does not list the discounted figures on the page.
| Plan | Per user a month | Billed per user for 6 months | Leads per user | AI credits per user a month | WhatsApp numbers |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Base | $25 | $150 | 2,500 | 750 | 1, plus 1 per extra user |
| Advanced | $35 | $210 | 5,000 | 1,250 | 3, more per extra user |
| Pro | $45 | $270 | 10,000 | 2,250 | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | Custom | Quoted by sales | Custom | Custom | Unlimited |
Base covers the core workspace: sales pipelines, the unified inbox, a dashboard, a calendar and AI reply suggestions. Advanced adds pipeline automation, broadcasting, no-code bots and up to three AI agents. Pro adds booking pages, audience sync to ad platforms, campaign ROI tracking and up to fifty AI agents. Enterprise adds single sign-on, backups and a dedicated account manager.
Kommo CRM pricing: the three rules that set the real bill
Can I pay for Kommo monthly?
No. Kommo's FAQ states that monthly payment is not currently available and the minimum subscription period is six months. Cancel partway and you keep access until the end of the term you paid for, but the money is spent. For a five-person team on Advanced that is $1,050 committed on day one, before anyone has sent a campaign.
Does everyone on the account need to have the same plan?
Yes. Kommo does not allow mixed plans inside one account. If your marketer needs broadcasting, which starts on Advanced, your three sales reps move to Advanced too. On an eight-seat account that single feature costs $80 a month more than Base, or $480 a term. Kommo does allow free users, but they can only view and chat in client profiles shared with them.
What does the 14-day trial include?
Everything. Kommo's trial opens all features with 10GB of media storage and needs no card. That makes the trial a fair test of the CRM itself. It is a weaker test of cost, because WhatsApp message fees and the six-month commitment only show up once you convert.
Kommo WhatsApp pricing: what messages cost on top
Kommo's WhatsApp Business integration runs on Meta's Cloud API, and Kommo states it charges nothing extra for the integration. You pay Meta directly, through your own WhatsApp Business Account and a payment method in Meta's Billing Hub. For a US business the lines look like this.
| Message to a US number | Kommo fee | Meta fee |
|---|---|---|
| Utility template (order update, reminder) | $0 | $0.0034 |
| Authentication template (login code) | $0 | $0.0034 |
| Marketing template | $0 | Not delivered to US numbers |
| Service reply in the 24 hour window, to Sept 30, 2026 | $0 | $0 |
| Service reply, from Oct 1, 2026 | $0 | $0.0034 after 1,000 free per number a month |
Two lines deserve attention. Kommo's own help center confirms that marketing templates are paused for all US (+1) numbers, so a US broadcast runs on utility templates or on replies inside an open window. And from October 1, 2026 the free-form replies your reps send in the Kommo inbox start costing money once a number passes 1,000 in a month. Kommo's help center, updated September 21, 2026, adds the detail that catches teams out: without a payment method, Meta delivers the first 1,000 service messages and then stops delivering the 1,001st. Our WhatsApp service messages page has an estimator for that change.
What a Kommo team really pays for WhatsApp
Here is the monthly cost of Kommo Advanced, the first plan with broadcasting, including Meta's $0.0034 fee on US utility templates, plus the cash due when you sign.
| Team and monthly volume | Seats a month | Meta fees a month | Total a month | Due at signup (6 months of seats) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 user, 1,000 messages | $35 | $3.40 | $38.40 | $210 |
| 3 users, 5,000 messages | $105 | $17.00 | $122.00 | $630 |
| 5 users, 10,000 messages | $175 | $34.00 | $209.00 | $1,050 |
| 12 users, 50,000 messages | $420 | $170.00 | $590.00 | $2,520 |
The pattern is clear enough to state plainly. On Kommo, WhatsApp itself is cheap, because Kommo passes Meta's rate through untouched. The cost is the seat count. A team that adds people adds $35 a month each, whether those people ever send a WhatsApp campaign or not.
Is Kommo worth the price?
For a sales team that works leads across WhatsApp, Instagram and other messengers in one pipeline, yes. Kommo's strength is that every chat turns into a lead card with stages, tasks and an AI agent, and at $35 a seat that is competitive with other CRMs that bill WhatsApp on top. If your reps would otherwise juggle a phone, a spreadsheet and a separate CRM, the per-user price buys real time back.
It is harder to justify when the main job is one-to-many messaging. If you bought Kommo to send order updates, appointment reminders or offers to a list you already have, you are paying per seat for a pipeline nobody opens, six months at a time. In that case a campaign tool priced by messages fits better. We lay out that comparison, including the one team size where Kommo comes out cheaper, on our Kommo alternative page.
The other honest option is to keep both: the CRM for sales, and a dedicated sender for campaigns. And if the real bottleneck on your team is getting each new lead to the right rep quickly, that is a routing problem rather than a CRM one, and lead assignment software can solve it without adding seats.
Kommo pricing compared with other WhatsApp tools
| Tool | How it prices | Entry price with WhatsApp broadcasting | Commitment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kommo | Per user, all users on one plan | $35 per user a month (Advanced) | 6 months minimum, paid up front |
| ManyChat | By active contacts reached | $39 a month (Pro) | Monthly or yearly |
| respond.io | By plan, with extra users added | $79 a month (Starter) | Monthly or yearly |
| WaBulkSend | By messages sent | $29 a month ($14.50 billed yearly) | Month to month |
Each pricing model punishes a different kind of growth. Kommo gets expensive as the team grows, ManyChat as the audience grows, and a message-priced tool as the send volume grows. The full ManyChat math is on our ManyChat WhatsApp pricing page, and respond.io pricing covers its seat add-ons.
Frequently asked questions about Kommo pricing
How much does Kommo cost per month?
Kommo costs $25 per user a month on Base, $35 on Advanced and $45 on Pro, billed for a minimum of six months in advance. A single Advanced user is therefore a $210 charge up front. Enterprise pricing is custom. WhatsApp message fees are extra and are billed by Meta, not by Kommo.
Is Kommo free?
No. Kommo has a 14-day trial with full access and no card, then a paid plan is required. You can add free users with limited rights to a paid account, but there is no free plan for the account itself.
Does Kommo charge for WhatsApp?
Kommo charges nothing for its WhatsApp integration. Meta charges per delivered template, billed to your own WhatsApp Business Account: $0.0034 for a US utility or authentication message. From October 1, 2026 service replies also cost $0.0034 each after 1,000 free per number a month.
What is the difference between Kommo Base and Advanced?
Advanced adds automation: broadcasting, pipeline automation, no-code bots and up to three AI agents, along with twice the leads per user (5,000) and three WhatsApp numbers. Base is the CRM and inbox without those. The step costs $10 per user a month, applied to every user on the account.
Is amoCRM the same as Kommo?
Yes. Kommo is the current name of the product previously sold as amoCRM, so amoCRM pricing searches lead to the same plans. Older reviews quoting amoCRM prices describe earlier plan tables and are out of date.
If what you need from Kommo is WhatsApp campaigns rather than a CRM, see how a flat plan compares on the Kommo alternative page, or check what Meta charges per message on our WhatsApp Business API pricing guide.
